How We Create The Perfect Tailored Suit in Bangkok

Consultation & Design

Your journey begins with a personal consultation at our Bangkok tailor shop. We discuss fabric, fit and style preferences, then work through lapel width, button stance, vents, pockets, lining and monogramming so the suit reflects how you actually dress.

Precision Measurements

Our experienced tailors take 20+ key measurements to capture your exact body shape, including chest, shoulders, sleeve length, waist, hip and inseam. Shoulder slope and posture are recorded too, because those are what make an off-the-rack jacket bunch at the back.

Cutting & Crafting

Our master craftsmen hand-cut the selected fabric using your measurements. We build fused, half-canvas or full-canvas depending on your budget and how long you want the jacket to hold its shape, and we quote each option separately.

Fittings & Adjustments

We perform fittings to fine-tune the suit, correcting sleeve pitch, jacket balance, trouser break and waist suppression until it sits clean when you stand still and when you move.

Final Touches

Once the suit is approved, we finish buttons, monograms and lining, press and pack it, and store your measurements so future orders can be placed remotely and shipped worldwide.

Fused, half-canvas or full-canvas? A fused jacket has the interlining bonded to the cloth. It is the most affordable option and perfectly serviceable for occasional wear. A half-canvas jacket has a floating canvas through the chest and lapel, which holds the roll of the lapel and moves better with you. A full-canvas jacket runs that canvas the length of the front and gradually moulds to your chest over years of wear. We will tell you which is worth the difference for how often you plan to wear it.

Single-Breasted Suits

A timeless option for modern gentlemen and the right choice for a first suit. Single-breasted jackets are versatile enough for the office, a wedding and dinner without looking like a costume, and they are more forgiving across body shapes. Two-button is the safe standard; three-button with a rolled lapel suits taller builds.

Double-Breasted Suits

A bold and structured look. Overlapping fronts and wider peak lapels give a broader chest and a stronger line, which flatters slimmer builds and reads as more formal. It makes an excellent second or third suit rather than a first. Keep it buttoned when standing.

They came out amazing!!! My husband has sloped shoulders and usually: when we shop for suits the pants are too wide and the back of the jacket bunches up and looks terrible.  These jackets fit him like a glove,  and he looks so fresh and handsome in them.  We were thrilled with the level of attention and detail given to us and will definitely return for additional suits and jackets.  We even took a friend there and he had custom shirts made along with a suit.  Everything came out perfectly.  My only regret is I didnt order dress shirts along with the suit. Suits: grey pinstripe 3-piece, navy pinstripe 3-piece, and a dark green 2-piece.

Love how Bill and his staff balanced classic cuts with modern fit. The pinstripes are sharp but not flashy, and the dark green suit is such a good statement piece. Fabric selection was solid for the price and the finishing is clean.

Which fabric weight works best in Bangkok?

For a suit worn mostly in Bangkok, high-twist wools and linen or cotton blends breathe better and recover from creasing. Heavier English worsteds look excellent but are less comfortable outdoors in the humid months. Our team will steer you based on where the suit will actually be worn.

How many fittings are required?

Usually 1 to 2 fittings are sufficient. However, we can schedule additional fittings if needed to perfect the fit and finish, and we would rather add a fitting than let you leave with something that is not right.
