Très bonne expérience chez Galaxy Tailor ! Je suis venu une première fois le mercredi pour faire réaliser un costume sur mesure. L’accueil a été chaleureux, professionnel et surtout très à l’écoute de ce que je recherchais. Je suis revenu dès le jeudi pour un premier essayage et quelques ajustements, puis le vendredi pour le deuxième essayage : le costume était prêt. Le service a donc été particulièrement rapide, tout en gardant une très bonne qualité de travail. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent, le personnel est attentif et prend vraiment le temps de s’assurer que tout convient parfaitement. J’ai même eu droit à un petit verre de whisky pendant ma visite, une attention très appréciable ! Très satisfait du résultat et de l’ensemble de l’expérience. This was the first suit I've ever had made and I can fully recommend their professional and relaxed style of service throughout the initial measurement, first fitting, final alterations and delivery of the suit. Got a suit and 4 shirts made at galaxy tailor. The location was convenient and easy to locate. Bill was hospitable and friendly, we discussed on the various fabric options and settled down on my choices very quickly. There was no pressure from the staff, ultimately deciding on a fabric best suited for my purpose. I'd read the reviews, I knew they had an excellent reputation, but I'm honestly still blown away by the service and finished product. Beautiful shop, extremely friendly staff (Hi Bill, what's the craic?), and a great selection of fabrics to choose from. Bill made the selection process really straightforward, didn't try to upsell me, and his measurements were so accurate that everything fit perfectly on the first fitting. I've been to another good tailor who still took 2-3 fittings to get right. Everything fits like a glove, looks great, and feels amazing. I never knew clothes could fit and feel like this, honestly. What an amazing service from this Tailors. We came with our very tall son, unable to find an off the shelf suit due to his height. Wow, the service here was fabulous from start to finish. He chose his fabric and inside design, was measured and we returned the next day for the first fitting. Also had a shirt made at such reasonable cost. We returned later in the day for final fitting and left with a brand new shirt and suit. The whole process took 27 hours and the suit is impeccable. We would highly recommend this tailors.
