Our Bespoke Process, Step by Step
Our bespoke process has been refined over 25 years to deliver the precision, comfort, and style that keeps clients returning. From the first consultation to the final fitting, every step is handled in our Sukhumvit atelier by experienced cutters and tailors. Most clients complete a full suit in three visits over 4 to 7 days, though a 48-hour express service is available for travelers on short itineraries.
Step 1: Consultation and Style Advice. You sit down with one of our senior tailors to discuss occasion, fit preferences, lapel styles, vents, pockets, linings, and monogramming. We show you look books and explain what works for your body type, climate, and wardrobe goals.
Step 2: Fabric Selection. Browse more than 10,000 premium fabrics sourced from leading mills in Italy, England, and Asia, alongside our exclusive Galaxy house blends. Choose weight, weave, color, and pattern with hands-on guidance.
Step 3: Measurements. We take more than 20 precise measurements covering chest, shoulder, sleeve, waist, hip, inseam, and posture. If you prefer to send measurements in advance, our measurement guide walks you through every step.
Step 4: First Fitting. Try on the basted garment. We pin, mark, and adjust for shoulder slope, trouser break, sleeve length, jacket balance, and silhouette. This is where careful, hands-on tailoring makes its biggest difference.
Step 5: Final Fitting and Delivery. The finished garment is pressed, packaged, and handed over. Future orders can be produced from your stored measurements and shipped anywhere in the world.
