Our bespoke process has been refined over 25 years in the same Sukhumvit workroom. From the first consultation to the final fitting, every step is handled by experienced cutters and tailors on site. Most clients complete a full suit in three visits over 4 to 7 days, though a 48-hour express service is available for travellers on short itineraries.
Step 1: Consultation and style advice. You sit down with one of our senior tailors to discuss occasion, fit preferences, lapel styles, vents, pockets, linings and monogramming. We show you look books and explain what works for your build, your climate and the rest of your wardrobe.
Step 2: Fabric selection. Browse more than 10,000 premium fabrics from mills in Italy, England and Asia, alongside our exclusive Galaxy house blends. Choose weight, weave, colour and pattern with hands-on guidance.
Step 3: Measurements. We take more than 20 precise measurements covering chest, shoulder, sleeve, waist, hip, inseam and posture. If you prefer to send measurements ahead of your visit, our measurement guide walks you through each one.
Step 4: First fitting. Try on the basted garment. We pin, mark and adjust for shoulder slope, trouser break, sleeve length, jacket balance and silhouette. This is where hands-on tailoring makes its biggest difference.
Step 5: Final fitting and delivery. The finished garment is pressed, packed and handed over. Future orders can be produced from your stored measurements and shipped anywhere in the world, usually arriving within 7 to 10 days.
